Domaine La Doussinière joins the Collège Culinaire de France

Domaine La Doussinière has joined the Collège Culinaire de France, within its community of Artisans Militants de la Qualité. We chose this commitment as a way of expressing where we come from and where we want to go, rather than as a distinction. A commitment, not an award The Collège Culinaire de France is neither a prize nor a medal. It is an independent collective that brings together restaurateurs, producers and artisans around a simple conviction: craftsmanship, flavour and culinary diversity are essential alternatives to the standardisation of food. Joining this collective means sharing that conviction and defending it every day with humility, care and consistency. What “Artisan Militant de la Qualité” means For a winegrower, this commitment is far from abstract. It takes shape in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the glass: an honest, clearly expressed product, faithful to its origins, with openness about how it is made. Being an Artisan Militant de la Qualité means rejecting passing trends and artifice that distance wine from what it should be. It means valuing time, precision, respect for living things and the pursuit of true flavour. Strengthening ties with those who share a love of flavour A particular idea of cooperation also brought us to the Collège. The producer is more than a supplier: they are a partner to the restaurateur, wine merchant and wine lover. Through this membership, we want to continue and strengthen our direct ties with professionals who share the same commitment to flavour, honest products and passing on knowledge. We are happy to contribute our work to this community and to continue in the same direction: living, sincere wines, rooted in their origins and made for the pleasure of the table.
