Before bottling: a choice of precision

In the days before bottling, the wine enters a decisive phase in which every decision counts. The aim is not to transform it , but to guide it towards its final expression. At this stage, the objective is clear: preserve clarity, balance, and the wine's expression, so that it reaches the bottle as originally intended. With this in mind, we carried out gentle cross-flow filtration . A discreet, often invisible operation, whose primary role is to ensure the wine's stability and clarity, without seeking to alter its character . This type of intervention is not directly apparent when tasting. Yet it influences many essential qualities: clarity of aroma, precision on the palate, stability over time, and the wine's overall coherence. As bottling approaches, the winegrower's role is above all that of a guide . Creating the conditions for the wine to express itself freely, today and tomorrow , without imposing too much interpretation. In a few days, the wine will leave the cellar to begin its life elsewhere. Our responsibility is simply to give it the right setting , faithful to what it is.
