The 2025 Harvest: A Promising Vintage

The 2025 Harvest: A Promising Vintage

After a particularly favourable summer, with a perfect balance between warmth and rainfall, we began harvesting in mid-September 2025 with great enthusiasm. The grapes showed optimal ripeness , with generous bunches and berries concentrated in aroma. Our harvesting team, made up of people passionate about vines and the region, worked with care. This meticulous attention ensures that only the healthiest, ripest grapes reach our tanks. The mild weather allowed us to take our time, respect the rhythm of the vines and wait for the perfect moment for each parcel. Our clay-limestone terroir, typical of Périgord, revealed all its richness this year, offering wines with lovely structure, silky tannins and beautiful freshness. The first tastings of grape juice already suggest a promising vintage . Red and black fruit aromas are intensely expressive, pointing towards elegant, balanced wines that will convey the full personality of our estate. Now that the grapes are in tank, the delicate winemaking phase begins. We monitor the progress of fermentation daily, in keeping with our organic practices. Our concrete tanks allow natural temperature regulation and encourage a pure expression of fruit. The 2025 vintage will be available to taste in a few months. We look forward to sharing the result of this passionate work, a meeting of our terroir's generous nature and our winegrowing expertise. Visit the estate to follow the progress of this new vintage!
